As someone who is just getting started with the Transforming Congregations program, seeing this site and the potential for forum, discussion and articles of assistance, I feel that this concept of a web site along with the added tools is an invaluable resource! Not only for the congregations, pastors, staff and laymen who are starting/working the process, but also for the consultation team members.

I fully realize that on the main Transforming Congregations web site there is the reporting aspect and some additional information for congregations, a direct feedback arena such as this can prove to be unlimited. I would not see this as an area for congregations to say "what are you doing" as much as it should be "how did you do this or that". It is important to realize that the congregation follow all of the recommendations of the consultation team and not try to reinvent, restructure, remove of change anything of what has been recommended.
