Hope this finds you doing well and blessed!

I as wondering if you might be able to help me with some contacts for Transforming For Missions churches that have implemented and are in the 2nd or 3rd year of implementation. We've had some hurdles to get over, but by the grace of God we are moving forward. We have completed our Ministry Plan and have completed the structural change.

One thing we are working on is defining the boundaries for the Board to enforce and would like to find out how some of the other churches have defined them.

Any help you could provide with contacts would be helpful.

We have completed our Day of Prayer and Repentance on 6/20 and also have created our community survey and a survey for the congregation to get input for the visioning process.

Visioning day is scheduled for 7/26, with a draft to the congregation at the August congregational meeting with the final version to be presented at our November Annual meeting.

Structure is starting to come together, and looking at the net-fishing projects.
