- Our church went through Transforming Missions earlier this year and has just begun implementing the vision we put together as part of that effort. I am one of the Board members for our congregation and I am looking forward to connecting with Synod staff and local congregations who are knowledgeable about the Transforming Mission process.

Ted should be able to help you with the best practices and experiences of other congs. He recently received training in Nashville that includes a great deal of information on the Accountable Leader model of governance, so he should have all the resources you need in that area.
