Any Volunteers?? Suzie Superintendent was so frustrated. How was she going to get anyone to help with Vacation Bible School? She had to beg and plead just to get enough warm bodies to fill the slots each week for the Sunday School classes and now pastor wanted her to recruit volunteers for Vacation Bible School. At a TCN team meeting in July 2008, the consultation process was upgraded considerably as a result of extensive feedback we received from many of the 60 congregational pastors where consultations have been held. Additionally we have enough evidence that it is more effective for pastors to join learning communities prior to their congregation undergoing a consultation that we are now recommending this order in the process.
