My role in TCN

I am the Director of Missions for the Northeast, consulting with the congregations in PA, NY, NJ, and New England. Part of my work includes congregaional revitalization. In addition to this work on the regional level, I was the National Interim Directof for Revitalization in 2006 until Terry Tieman took on that role permanently. I continue to serve on the national team along with Terry Tieman and Dwight Marable as the liaison to LCMS World Mission. Since Transforming Congregaions Network was founded as an organization in 2008, I serve as the secretary of that organization.

Regionally, I have piloted the Learning Community component of the TCN process. In addition to the two pilot communities on Long Island and in Capital region of upstate New York, I have been instrumental in initiating three Learning Communities in the New Jersey District, and four in the New England District.
