TCN Process upgraded in response to surveys

At a TCN team meeting in July 2008, the consultation process was upgraded considerably as a result of extensive feedback we received from many of the 60 congregational pastors where consultations have been held. Additionally we have enough evidence that it is more effective for pastors to join learning communities prior to their congregation undergoing a consultation that we are now recommending this order in the process.
